1. Direct Provision — Join Zanshin Archery
If you're a young person interested in specialist archery coaching designed with neurodivergent needs in mind, or a volunteer looking to support neurodivergent participants in a structured, inclusive environment:
For Young People
Zanshin Archery offers coaching sessions in Hampshire designed specifically to support neurodivergent participants. We focus on individual progression, calm environments, and mindfulness.

2. Capability Building — Grants & Training
If you're a volunteer or organisation wanting to build capacity to support neurodivergent young people better:
Apply for a Capability Building Grant
We provide grants for training and professional development that helps you support SEN young people more effectively. This might include:
- Neurodiversity awareness training
- Inclusive practice frameworks
- Sensory considerations in environments
- Communication strategies for different needs
- Leadership development focused on inclusion
