Independent Mediation

Our trained mediators provide neutral, confidential facilitation to help parties in conflict find constructive resolutions. We create safe spaces for dialogue, help clarify misunderstandings, and support volunteers in reaching mutually acceptable outcomes. Our mediation services are completely independent of Scouting organisations.

Dispute Management Support
